Blizzard outdoor stand

Welcome to the 'Blizzard' outdoor and extremley versatile banner stand. The base can be filled with water or sand to give a stable structure allowing the graphic panel to withstand winds 13-18mph/12-29kmh approx (Beaufort scale 4). The graphic panel can easily be replaced should it be required & the telescopic pole on the stand allows variable height.
