Last minute promotional ideas

We were recently referred by another company who recommended we help with regards to a last minute issue. The client needed to give something away at a conference and only had 2 days before the event. Naturally this does somewhat limit the choice of what can be achieved. Also does the gift have to be sticky in the sense of being used more than once so as to remind people of the event.

We suggested using printed rulers which we could then design a double sided graphic and print ready for the next day. The solution could include personalised print if needed to make sure if the ruler is borrowed from someones desk they can be easily found.
